Community is at the heart of what we do. Whether a family, neighborhood, city or team, having a community makes each day a little easier. We are so thankful to have you as part of our community and your support in providing for our neighbors.
Our organization provides programs to a variety of residents in Buffalo's East Side - from youth to seniors and homeless individuals to homeowners. We support our community with programs through the following departments: Housing & Community Development, Weatherization, Youth Afterschool and Summer Programs, Senior Services, Homeless Outreach, Permanent Supportive Housing, and our Matt Urban Hope Center which provides a food pantry, personal essentials pantry, soup kitchen, and benefits assistance.
Matt Urban Center is a Charity participating in the Week 2 Raiders at Bills a 50/50 Raffle event, presented by Buffalo Bills Foundation Inc..
