EST. in 1971 Carnegie-Scranton Recreation Association is a youth football and cheer program dedicated to the youth in and around Hamburg, NY. The philosophy of the program is simple, all players should have an opportunity to participate in competitive, organized tackle football and competitive cheer regardless of size or ability.
